Volunteer Teams
Each year, countless volunteers are needed to develop and put on each of our major events: Prayer Partner Breakfast, Fall Kick Off, and Crud Day. By joining a team, you are not required to help with every event but can help in your area whenever you are able!
Please check which area(s) would best fit your talents!
TEAM INVITATIONS: work with event chairs to design and create invitations and/or simply help with printing, stuffing, addressing, sealing, stamping and mailing
TEAM DECORATIONS: work with event chairs to design, create and implement themes and decorations for events
TEAM FOOD: work with event chairs to plan, procure and serve food for events
TEAM TECH: work with events chairs and staff to determine audio/visual needs for slide shows, lighting, sound and music
TEAM MUSCLES: work with event chairs to set up for and/or break down after major events
TEAM PHOTOGRAPHY: work with event chairs to ensure photos are taken at all events. Also works with Youth Staff once in the fall and once in the spring to organize photos into students' files (staff will identify students).
